  • Location Data: Approximate location derived from IP address; precise GPS coordinates only when explicitly provided for field operations.
  • Cookies: Essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

  • Farm Images: Processed in real-time and deleted within 30 days unless you explicitly choose to store them.
  • Payment Records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
  • AgroRobotics Mission Data: Retained for 90 days, then archived or deleted based on your plan settings.

6. Farm Data Protection

We understand that agricultural data is sensitive and valuable. Special protections apply:

  • Your farm images and field data are never shared with other users or third parties.
  • We do not use your individual farm data to train our models without your explicit consent.
  • Anonymized, aggregated insights may be used to improve model accuracy (e.g., regional disease pattern detection).
  • Enterprise customers can opt out of all data aggregation.
  • Field coordinates and GPS data receive additional encryption at rest.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.

  • SOC 2 Type II compliance (in progress)
  • Role-based access controls for all internal systems

Our Services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will promptly delete it.
